The Guy Who Starts a Fight is the 5th episode of Cycle 21. It aired on September 15th, 2014.
Plot[]
Tyra teaches the models the three steps involved in making love to the camera to prep them for a sexy black widow-themed photo shoot. An unexpected chemistry occurs between two models just before a hair-raising challenge on stilts. Later, a night of partying in the house quickly turns dramatic when one of the models breaks a major house rule.
Synopsis[]
The episode starts with a montage of the models fooling around in the house: Adam’s career goals are to “crush Excel,” Mirjana and Kari play a game called Truth or Dare where they were dared to make out with each other, much to the guys' pleasure.
Tyra’s lesson this week is all about how sex sells. She offers tips on how to roll your neck, flip your hair, and smirk. All the models do well, except for Lenox, whose shyness—and virginity—get in the way of her being sexy. She quits mid-lesson, infuriating Tyra.
Later on, the models are quickly ushered into a commercial shoot for Spyder Byte perfume, where the men must pose as hapless victims of the women, who are done up like evil black widows. Will and Matthew are paired up for this challenge. Despite their kiss last week, Matthew still insists he’s heterosexual: “I don’t like labels!” he chants over and over, to ward off the gay thoughts.
The commercial shoot is fairly simple for everyone except for Lenox, who insists she doesn’t know how to be sexy.
After the commercial shoot ends, the models celebrate Romeo's birthday. Despite their past quarreling, Romeo and Adam decided to get along for a bit. More debauchery ensues and Adam, actually trying to be helpful for a change, decided to put Romeo to bed. In his drunken stupor, though, Romeo headbutts Adam while attempting to goad him into punching him and taunts him about his lack of modeling skills.
The next day before the runway challenge, Romeo is disqualified from the competition due to the show’s zero-tolerance policy toward violence. For the runway challenge, the models are forced to walk a runway in stilts, which Ben wins.
During judging, Mirjana admits that she and Denzel are dating. After a goofy round of judging, during which Miss Jay actually places a glass of juice on Tyra’s butt to demonstrate the dangers of over-tooching, the top and bottom of the pack are announced. Will snatches a ten while Tyra gives Lenox a score of 1 for not having taken the commercial seriously and neglecting the time she was given to practice what she had been taught. Adam and Lenox are revealed to be the bottom two. After the final scores roll, Lenox is eliminated from the competition. But luckily for Lenox after being reprimanded. Tyra reveals that due to Romeo's disqualification, Lenox will be allowed to stay, but she gets a penalty due to having the lowest score to where next week, she will only have five frames in her next photo shoot.
