Stacy Ann Fequiere was a contestant on Cycle 10 of ANTM in 2008. She was seventh place overall.

Early Life

Fequiere had a bit of experience before the show, having modeled for Johnny Cush and walked for Richard John. She got support online from her college, NSU. She was married at 18, having gotten engaged at 17.

ANTM

Fequiere was the fifth girl picked to move on to the final round, having impressed Tyra with her energy by lap dancing and singing at her audition. She got one first call-out and won two team challenges, booking the most jobs at the go-sees. She was eliminated over Fatima, despite having a picture while Siad didn't because the judges felt she had plateaued. Many feel that the timing of Siad's appointment with the consulate was planned for shock value and that Fequiere was doomed before she even took part in the shoot.

Her husband Marvin Fequiere wrote a Top Model related song for their wedding. This was later used as elimination music for the cycle 13 girls.[1]

Post-Show

Fequiere discussed the unfairness of her elimination with multiple sites and papers, including the LA Times and BET. She has appeared in Seventeen Magazine as part of her prize for the go-sees.

She eventually signed with Ford Models in Miami. She worked with Cooyah Clothing and appeared in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino 2009 Calendar. She made it to the semi-finals of the Victoria's Secret model search. She was in Seventeen, Fair and Glamour South Africa.[2]

She walked for Miami Funkshion fashion week, Toronto Fashion Week, Diesel Jeans Fashion Show, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Miami and Mercedes Benz Fashion Week South Africa.
