Noelle Carol Staggers (born May 30, 1984) was a contestant on cycle 4 of ANTM in 2005. She was the fourth girl eliminated and placed eleventh.

Noelle was a mother, and stated at castings that she couldn't bear kids as told by a doctor. She defied the odds, got pregnant and had a son.
In episode five, she started a rumor about Michelle's skin problem, thinking that it was a flesh-eating bacteria. This caused a reaction from Rebecca, Tiffany and Lluvy. She was eliminated that episode for producing lackluster photos, as well as not looking like a model in person.

She has a son, Damien.
She got engaged on September 26, 2013.
Trivia[]
- Noelle was the first contestant from Nevada.
- Noelle can actually be featured in a bonus clip on the DVD of cycle 1, being interviewed as an auditionee. The outfit she wears there is the exact same in her promo photos.
- Noelle is the first contestant to have Native American ancestry, but this is not shown on the show.
