Noelle Carol Staggers is an American fashion model. She competed on Cycle 4.

Noelle was a mother, and stated at castings that she couldn't bear kids as told by a doctor. She defied the odds, got pregnant and had a son.

In episode five, she started a rumor about Michelle's skin problem, thinking that it was a flesh-eating bacteria. This caused a reaction from Rebecca, Tiffany and Lluvy. She was eliminated that episode for producing lackluster photos, as well as not looking like a model in person.

• Noelle, Rebecca Epley and Tiffany Richardson are the forth, fifth and sixth models who made it to the semifinals twice, following Christina Fortier, Nargis Fakhri and Mary Nnenna. They would be followed by Jaslene Gonzalez, Marvita Washington, Angelea Preston and Kacey Leggett.
  • Noelle was featured in a bonus clip on the DVD of Cycle 1, being interviewed as an auditionee. The outfit she wears there is the exact same in her promotional photos for Cycle 4.
• Noelle is the first model from Nevada to compete on ANTM.
• Noelle is the first model to have Native American ancestry, but this was not shown on the show.
