Hannah Kathryn Jones is an American fashion model. She was a contestant on cycle 16 of ANTM, where she was the second runner-up.

Hannah was known for taking great pictures, but being forgettable in the judges eyes.
She was also known for her positive attitude and hippy chic style, but having a tendency to be over-emotional. In episode two, she had a meltdown on set at the bee photoshoot, and her photo had tears running down her cheeks. It turned out the judges loved it and awarded her the first call-out.
Hannah achieved two second call-outs and two appearances in the bottom two, the first time with Alexandria, and the second time with Brittani. She was eliminated because the judges thought Brittani and Molly had a stronger body of work than her.

Hannah was the recurring character Carrie in the Disney channel series "Austin & Ally".[2] She was a presenter at the 2015 MTV Music Video Awards.
