Erin Green was a contestant on cycle 24 of ANTM in 2018. She was the tenth girl eliminated and placed sixth.

Early Life[]

Erin has a twin sister named Desiree. Before the show, they were in Enspire magazine in 2014.[1] They competed on the special twins episode of "Fear Factor". They were the first pair to be eliminated.[2] They made a guest appearance on "Home Made Simple" with Layla Ali.[3]

A modeling photo of her can be seen in the Big Hair Day episode in cycle 14.[4] In 2013, for a split second, both Erin and Desiree can be seen as one of the extra runway models on an episode of cycle 20.[5]

ANTM[]

Erin was known for being the oldest in the cast at 42 years old, as well as being a grandmother. At the end of casting week, she thought she was eliminated. Right about as he was walking out the door, Tyra handed her avant garde photo, stating she is the fifteenth model to compete on the cycle. In episode two, she became emotional at the pregnancy photoshoot, thinking about her children. Her photo was praised by the panel and she received third call-out.

In episode seven, she opened up about her son's father passing away from cancer and feeling guilty about leaving him for it. Later, the judges weren't a fan of her raw beauty photo, and was one of two girl to not be a part of the seven-way best photo. She was saved over Christina. In episode eight, she struggled in the selfie challenge due to her age, not understanding how to take one at all.

In episode ten, she was seen as too over the top in both the go-see challenge and the Paper magazine cover photoshoot. While Tyra liked her photo, she was in the bottom two again and eliminated over Shanice.[6] In the comeback episode, she was declared the best in the bubble runway challenge,[7] but one of the weakest in the spider shoot with Eva Marcille. She lost the comeback spot to Jeana.
