Cycle 21 of America's Next Top Model, also known as Cycle 21: Guys & Girls 2, premiered on August 18, 2014 on The CW and concluded on December 5, 2014. This is the second cycle to feature male competitors as well as females.
Tyra Banks reprises her role as host for the twenty-first consecutive time, while Kelly Cutrone returns as a main judge for the fourth time. Rob Evans is replaced by Miss Jay Alexander, who makes a return after a two-cycle absence. Johnny Wujek is replaced by Yu Tsai.
Keith Carlos was crowned the winner of the cycle, making him the first male contestant to win the series.
Just two months after the cycle's conclusion, news broke on February 24, 2015 that eighth placed Mirjana Puhar had been shot dead during a drug related triple homicide.[1]

- This is the only cycle where the Final 2 was entirely composed of male models.
- This cycle has the second contestant to be disqualified from the series, the first being Angelea Preston in All-Stars.
- This is the first cycle to have a contestant pass away after filming.
- The international destination for the cycle was Seoul, South Korea. This is to date the final international destination in ANTM history. Cycle 22 will have the models travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, while the final two cycles have no destination at all.
- This is the final cycle to have social media voting and a Comeback Series where all the models do all the photoshoots.
- From Mirjana Puhar to Lenox Tillman, 5 female models were eliminated consecutively. This is the longest streak of eliminations of female models in a cycle, that featured male models.
