Cycle 15 of America's Next Top Model premiered on September 8, 2010 on The CW and concluded on December 1, 2010. Several changes were made to the show in a bid to place greater emphasis on high fashion, including a lineup of prominent fashion industry guest judges as well as a change in prizes, most notably the switch of Seventeen magazine to Vogue Italia.

Tyra Banks reprises her role as host for the fifteenth time, while Nigel Barker returns for his role as main judge for the thirteenth. André Leon Talley also returns for his second time. This cycle had 13 episodes with 14 contestants.

Ann Ward was crowned as the winner of the cycle. Second runner-up Kayla Ferrell would return for the All-Star cycle in 2011, where she tied for eighth place with Bianca Golden.
