Cycle 13 of America's Next Top Model premiered on The CW on September 9, 2009 and concluded on November 18, 2009. For this cycle, the competition was only allowed to girls who were 5'7" or shorter.
Tyra Banks reprises her role as host for the thirteenth time, while Nigel Barker returns for his role as main judge for the twelfth time. Miss Jay Alexander returns for her ninth time, and after this cycle is demoted back to mentor until cycle 18. She returns as a main judge in cycle 21. Paulina Porizkova does not return and is replaced by no one, making the judging panel three main judges plus a guest or guests. This cycle had 11 episodes with 15 contestants, plus a special reunion episode on "The Tyra Banks Show".
Nicole Fox was crowned as the winner of the cycle. Runner-up Laura Kirkpatrick would later compete on the All-Star cycle in 2011, where she places fourth.

Trivia[]
- This is the first cycle to have fifteen contestants.
- With Amber's departure after castings, this is the fourth cycle to have a girl quit, the first to have a girl quit before doing a photoshoot, and the first cycle to not have all the finalists in the opening credits.
- This is the first cycle to only have three main judges on the panel. This format is kept until cycle 23.
- This is the last cycle to have a promotional group shot. All the group photos after this will just be individuals composed together.
- This is the only cycle to reuse the opening credit format for the fourth time. The reason for this is unknown.
- This is the first cycle to only have two girls participate in the final Covergirl photoshoot. This is kept for the next five cycles, except for All-Stars.
