Cycle 10 of America's Next Top Model premiered on The CW on February 20, 2008, and concluded on May 14.

Tyra Banks reprises her role as host with Nigel Barker and Miss J. Alexander returning to their posts as main judges alongside her. Twiggy is replaced by supermodel Paulina Porizkova. This cycle had 13 episodes with 14 contestants. The destination abroad was Rome, Italy.

Whitney Thompson was crowned as the winner of the cycle. Fatima Siad, Dominique Reighard, and Lauren Utter all competed on the spin-off series, Modelville. Lauren quit before the finale and placed fifth, Fatima scored third place again while Dominique went on to win. The latter returned for the All-Stars in 2011, where she placed fifth.

The 10th cycle begins with 35 would-be models entering "Top Model Prep" in L.A. where they are schooled in posing and walking a runway. After interviewing with Tyra, the number is cut to 20 and then to 14 finalists who will fly to New York City to compete.

The 14 models move into a New York City apartment and visit a modeling agency where they are critiqued by Paulina Porizkova. In Times Square, they participate in a fashion show. Later, they pose as homeless individuals for a photo shoot. After appearing before the judges, the first model is eliminated.

The ladies receive makeovers and model lingerie designed by Elle Macpherson, who makes an appearance, at the photo shoot; Fatima and Allison cause friction in the house; the judges eliminate another contestant.

The models visit the meat-packing district and pose with racks of beef for the photo shoot. Also: Cycle 8 winner Jaslene Gonzalez judges a runway challenge and hurts one contestant's feelings with some harsh criticism.

Supermodel Vendela gives the ladies tips on posing for catalog, commercial and couture shoots to prepare them for a posing competition on the streets of New York City.

Paulina instructs the models on how to behave during interviews and public events, and then the gals test their new skills at a cocktail party where they mingle with fashion-world notables; one contestant panics when she loses her travel documents and realizes she may not be able to go to a secret overseas location with the rest of the group.

The six remaining models travel to Rome and tour the city. After unpacking in their apartment, the ladies receive an Italian fashion makeover and are judged on their new look. Later, they film a cosmetics commercial in Italian. At panel, one lady is eliminated.

The models train like gladiators for a challenge and the winner receives a shopping spree in Rome; Tyra directs the photo shoot in a Roman castle.

The four remaining models photograph Paulina Porizkova for a challenge. Their own photo shoot, directed by Nigel Barker, requires them to impersonate movie icons.
126 13 "And the Winner Is..." 14 May 2008
As the 10th cycle concludes, the three remaining models shoot a cosmetics commercial and pose for a print ad. The judges then send one lady packing. The final two contestants take part in a runway challenge to determine the winner. Cycle 9 winner Saleisha Stowers appears.

  • This is the first cycle since Cycle 4 to feature 14 contestants.
  • This is the first cycle where a plus-size girl wins.
  • The international destination for this cycle was Rome, Italy. This is the second time the show has gone to Italy, after Milan in Cycle 2.
  • This is the last cycle to have the pre-overseas judging panel have the judges facing the right side with the girls on the left.
  • This is the first cycle to feature the fourth version of the opening credits.
  • This the the third cycle to have a girl quit, after cycles 5 and 9.
  • This is the first cycle to not have the titles be a variation of "The Girl Who...". This won't come back until Cycle 19.
