Brandy Nicole Rusher was a contesntant on cycle 4 of ANTM in 2005. She was the third girl eliminated and placed twelfth.

Brandy was best known for her hot-headed attitude throughout the show. In the first photoshoot, she complained about being last to shoot with Nigel, which was ridiculed by Nolé. Later at the salon, she was upset that she was the only one not getting a makeover. She later had her afro removed and her eyebrows dyed red, which only made her complain more. Tyra ridiculed her too at judging, and placed her in the bottom two, but saved over Brita.

In episode four, she was in a fight with Tatiana at the challenge because of Tatiana commenting on Brandy's attitude. She performed well at the zodiac photoshoot, but the judges still had an issue with her demeanor at panel, such as not smiling. She was eliminated over Lluvy, despite her having the worst photo in ANTM history.

She was referenced as one of the makeover meltdowns at the cycle 8 makeovers.

Post-show

After the show, Brandy took some test shots, but did not sign to an agency.

In 2017, Brandy was one of four victims in a shooting at a Harris County apartment complex. Her brother Christopher and a close friend died, and she was in critical condition.

She is currently the owner of a beauty salon called Braids with Phlava, and she has a son.

• Brandy is the first model to originally not have a makeover. She is the only one to have that changed and receive one. She is followed by Natalie in cycle 12 and Keith in cycle 21.
