Alasia M. Ballard was a contestant on cycle 14 of ANTM in 2010. She was the eighth girl eliminated and placed sixth.

Alasia was known to be the main villain of this cycle, due to her getting into multiple fights in the house. In episode one, after castings, Alasia confronted Angelea about her treatment of Brenda, to which Krista butted in and started arguing with Alasia. She performed the worst at the nude photoshoot, and her final photo with her backside showing was laughed at by the judges, except for Andre, who loved the photo. He was the reason Alasia was saved over Gabrielle.
In episode two, Ren thought that Alasia was too loud, and told her "Shut the fuck up" to which Alasia exploded at her. In episode three, she was lambasted by the judges for wearing a swimsuit to judging, but her dancing photo was praised and later won her the first call-out. She also received the first call-out next episode for the vampire photoshoot.
In episode four, Anslee yelled at Alasia about peas. Alasia then called Anslee out on her mothering skills, to which Anslee explodes at her. Krista rushed in to break up the fight.
In episode six, Alasia made all the other girls late for the challenge. She yelled at Jessica for telling her in the limo "Quit talking while I'm talking". She was later in the bottom two again with Brenda for lacking focus, and saved. Her pumping her fist in the air crying became a popular gif.
In episode seven, she was almost late again for the hair photoshoot, and had to take the stairs because the elevator did not work. In episode eight, Alasia was over 40 minutes late for the New Zealand go-sees. She was put in the bottom two for the third time with Jessica, again for lack of focus, and eliminated.

Post-Show[]
After the show, Alasia signed to Holmes Lewis Models.[1] She was in the magazines Primadonna, Urban Lux, Mambo, Black Beauty and Hair and B Inspired the Book. She has modeled for multiple hair brands including Olive Miracle, Nature Miracle Hair Relaxer, curlBOX, Design Essentials, Goldilox Hair House, I Heart Hair Inc, eN'vision Salons and The Glamatory.[2][3]
She is working as a plus-size model as of 2020.
Alasia made an Instagram livestream in July 2020, talking behind the scenes and the racism in cycle 14. The video has over 16,000 views on YouTube.[4]
